Bonita Fahy
CEO & Owner
Bonita is a very sociable and committed powerhouse. Bonita has a Master's degree in organizational management & leadership. She’s driven to improving Workforce Development and it's delivery of service in Southern Nevada. Through Mrs. Fahy's strength-based management approach, the programs she has led has received a combined total of fifteen (15) Promising Practices, which is the equivalent of setting innovative industry standards worthy of recognition. Through her formal training with KRA Corp., Mrs. Fahy is strongly rooted in the Malcom Baldrige system for "Continuous Quality Improvement "to strategize, develop, and implement system changes to improve service delivery and programmatic designs. Bonita stated, "Plan to succeed. Success is not only a choice, it is a process that takes planning and hard work. We have to be committed to going that extra mile not only for ourselves, but for the communities we live in and serve."
Gena Craig
COO (Chief Operating Officer) & Co-Founder
Gena is a brilliant professional, with an eye for what makes a business succeed. Gena possesses many certifications in management, office administration, workforce development & human resources. With over 10 years in workforce development, she has seen it all - and is ready to lead you on the path to success. She’s also a military veteran, making organization and effectiveness a priority. Ms. Craig has a passion for helping the community grow through professionalism and encouragement. Through her work with Job Connect, KRA and ResCare she shows that dedication to the people and business is of the upmost importance. Her service to any company is nothing short of excellence.
Erica Barnes
Executive Director & Co-Founder
Erica was raised in Las Vegas Nevada. With experience with business administration and legal work starting at 16 years old, she’s ready to share her insight and learning experiences with clients. She’s worked with different law firms for various experience in business management, administration & many fields of law. Mrs. Barnes graduated Cum Laude from Strayer University with her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Legal Administration & a minor in Business Administration. She is an active member of Sigma Sigma Sigma (Tri Sigma) Sorority, as well as a member of the Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society. In her spare time away from GLOWing she spends time with her husband and two sons as well as volunteers for her sorority and their partnered charity, March of Dimes. She’s also an avid video game, comic book & music enthusiast.
